We are thrilled to announce that the area will be undergoing a terrific transformation in the Easter Holidays! There has been plenty of anticipation and intrigue in Pre Prep, as some GREAT Little Ballard Builders had entered the scene late Friday afternoon to erect fencing and put up signs all around the playground. This complete re-imagining of the outdoor play space will create discovery areas for our new STEAM curriculum and collaborative spaces for outdoor play and learning.

As with every building project, a little groundwork needs to be done initially. We have embraced this by creating a builder's yard and building site within the playground: hard hats and hi-vis jackets, diggers and tools, not to mention endless cups of builder's tea are all a positive way to engage the children in the project, whilst enjoying their 'under construction' play area.
