Great Ballard School is celebrating another exceptional year at the Worthing Music and Drama Festival, where 24 students represented the school with talent, enthusiasm and professionalism.
You know there is something wrong in your school when sport is solely about winning at all costs and cookery is about bringing home cookies and cakes in a Tupperware box.
"Once you get over yourself," says Matt King, headmaster of Great Ballard School, you can have "the joy of appointing people who are so much better than you."
Today the interim report from the Play Commission has been published and its findings are disheartening. Time spent playing outdoors has declined by 50% in a generation.
